An 18ct yellow gold ring set with a central lavender sapphire weighing 1.24cts and a 2.5mm wide band set with 0.31cts of brilliant cut diamonds. This measures 6.8mm up and down the finger and its widest point. It does look slightly more pale blue/ purple in the flesh.
